Processing
All orders are handled carefully with proper time being spent to ensure every wig achieves our customer's desired look. Understand that colors can sometimes look different from screen to screen. Feel free to ask any questions necessary prior to placing an order to ensure you receive your wig in your desired color and style.
Current Processing Times:
- Human Hair Wigs (613 Blonde & Natural Black): 10-14 days
- Human Hair Wigs (Custom Colors) : 2 to 5 weeks
- Lace Glues, Accessoreis, Makeup, and Nails: 2 to 4 business days
Please note that all of our human hair wigs are made to order.
If you need a human hair wig sooner than the 2 week processing time please reach out to us via email so we can discuss the possibility of rushing your order for an additional fee.
Estimated shipping times
All shipping prices are calculated at checkout and are based on distance and speed of delivery. All arrival dates are estimates and are based on elements out of our control such as shipping company operations and weather conditions. Please allow ample time for processing and shipping when placing your order and be sure to communicate all important deadlines to us prior to placing your order in the notes section at checkout.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Packages over $50 will have insurance.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In addition, once a package leaves the US, it is no longer under the jurisdiction of the USPS. Any delay that happens in the destination country is not the responsibility of the sender. I am happy to make an insurance claim if it is warranted and reimburse the buyer, but that takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, shipping internationally comes with added risks of loss and delay.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All of our wigs are high quality lace fronts, however they are still fragile and easily damaged. Click here for our guide on how to care for synthetic wigs.Please note: Once you have unpacked your wig, cut the lace, or have tried to style it in any way, the wig is non-refundable.
