All orders are handled carefully with proper time being spent to ensure every wig achieves our customer's desired look. Understand that colors can sometimes look different from screen to screen. Feel free to ask any questions necessary prior to placing an order to ensure you receive your wig in your desired color and style.
Current Processing Times:
- Human Hair Wigs: 2 to 5 weeks
- Synthetic Lace Front Wigs: 2 to 4 business days
- Lace Glues, Accessories, Makeup, and Nails: 2 to 4 business days
Please note: Any order that contains a Lace Melting Spray can only be shipped within the USA through ground shipping.
Estimated shipping times
All shipping prices are calculated at checkout and are based on distance and speed of delivery. All arrival dates are estimates and are based on elements out of our control such as shipping company operations and weather conditions. Please allow ample time for processing and shipping when placing your order and be sure to communicate all important deadlines to us prior to placing your order in the notes section at checkout.
Shipping Times:
- USPS First Class Shipping: 3-6 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- USPS Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
- International Shipping: 10 days to 3 weeks. Shipping times vary. There can be delays due to customs import taxes.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Packages over $50 will have insurance.
Shipping to certain countries from the USA has been taking significantly longer since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In some cases, we are seeing shipping times of over 4 weeks to Australia, New Zealand, Eastern Europe and Asia. Unfortunately, there is not anything we can do to assist you with your order until there have been 60 days without any tracking updates because at that point the package is considered "lost" by USPS.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In addition, once a package leaves the US, it is no longer under the jurisdiction of the USPS. Any delay that happens in the destination country is not the responsibility of the sender. I am happy to make an insurance claim if it is warranted and reimburse the buyer, but that takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, shipping internationally comes with added risks of loss and delay.
